Exceptional location in a lovely area so close to The Best Western Lansdowne Hotel, Eastbourne for an afternoon tea treat after seeing an offer on Groupon, Afternoon Tea for two people £14.95 rather than the normal £29.99, walking distance town centre and great cafes and places to eat around the corner. A couple of blocks away from a performing arts theater. Light bites and burgers at the main bar.
